Terms of Service and Paid Subscription
Terms governing access to BalaganBot, subscription purchases and payments, services and cancellation.

This agreement is between the BalaganBot operator and the subscriber for personal use. Before payment, the user receives these terms and order details identifying the seller, plan, total price and currency, term, renewal and cancellation. Express confirmation at checkout constitutes acceptance; visiting the website does not create a paid subscription. The order confirmation and accepted terms are provided in a form that can be saved. Purchasers must be adults or have the necessary consent of a legal representative.
2. Services and accounts
BalaganBot processes text, images, documents and voice and helps find and explain information. A paid subscription can be purchased in Telegram or BalaganBot Web and extended to the user’s own Facebook Messenger and Instagram accounts by explicitly linking them in the bot. One subscription is for one person; limits are shared across messengers. After paid access ends, linked accounts are retained for the recovery period: 3 days after the final service warning, or no more than 7 days where no event occurs. If the subscription is not restored, the messengers are separated and each continues independently on Free. Configured alerts are never moved to another messenger. Individual functions depend on platform capabilities. Users are responsible for account access and should report incorrect links to support. Cost valuation provides reference prices for buying or renting an apartment and buying a used passenger car in Israel. It is available through /estimate and on explicit request for a selected Yad2 listing. It does not create price-change alerts. Apartment purchase estimates use available registered GovMap sales; rent uses Yad2 asking prices and, separately, CBS city average rents. Asking prices are not signed contracts. The Ministry of Transport car price list is based on unverified seller reports. Coverage and freshness vary; insufficient comparable data may mean no numeric estimate. Results are informational references, not professional appraisals or guaranteed transaction prices.
3. Plans, payments and renewal
Free costs nothing. Life has a standard price of ₪24.90 and a holiday price of ₪19.90 per month, with an initial minimum term of 3 months billed monthly, followed by automatic monthly renewal until cancellation. At the holiday price, three payments total ₪59.70 before any referral benefit. The minimum term does not override mandatory cancellation rights below or itself authorise automatic collection of every remaining month upon cancellation. Visitor Pass has a standard price of ₪79.90 and a holiday price of ₪59.90 for 30 days without automatic renewal. Activation follows successful payment; the confirmation states the start and next billing or expiry date. The total includes applicable mandatory taxes; mandatory charges are not added after order confirmation. Where a platform uses another currency or Stars, the exact amount is disclosed before payment; shekel prices do not fix the cost of acquiring Stars. A payment document is provided as required by law.
4. Life price guarantee
The monthly price agreed at activation, including any discount, is maintained for 12 months from the start of a continuous Life subscription. A free referral month neither interrupts the subscription nor shortens this period. After the first 12 months, increases may occur no more than once in any 12-month period. At least 30 calendar days’ notice of the new price and effective date is sent through the purchasing messenger or supplied email; users may cancel before it applies. Where consent is legally required, the increase takes effect only after consent. Increases apply only to future periods. A new purchase after termination uses the new order price; a technical payment error alone does not constitute termination. Prices may be reduced more often. Visitor Pass does not guarantee prices for subsequent purchases.
5. Holiday and referral offers
Holiday prices and entry into the launch Life referral offer are available until the evening of October 3, 2026, Israel time; the precise closing time is displayed at checkout. The first month is paid. If distinct new users, in the number specified in the offer, register through the personal link within 30 days of the Life start date and each completes the stated meaningful action in BalaganBot, the second monthly payment is free. The launch link is created only in Telegram or BalaganBot Web and must be accepted in the same messenger where it was created. If that payment has already been collected before eligibility is confirmed within this window, it is refunded rather than credited to the third month. The subscriber’s guaranteed price applies from the third payment. The 30-day window may end after the holiday offer closes. From the fourth Life billing period, a recurring program applies in each three-billing-period window (4–6, 7–9, 10–12 and so on): the subscriber may invite the number shown in the offer, initially two. A recurring link can be created and accepted only in Telegram or BalaganBot Web, and may cross between those two messengers. Messenger and Instagram are only linked to a subscription and cannot exchange referral links. An invitation counts only after the invitee’s first verified Life payment through Telegram or BalaganBot Web. Once the requirement is met, the referrer and every qualifying invitee each receive one free next Life period. Each person counts once for one referrer; self-referrals, fictitious registrations, additional personal accounts and repeat Life subscribers do not qualify. Support reviews disputes. Benefits cannot be exchanged for cash or withdrawn retrospectively. Multiple earned benefits, including launch and recurring benefits, may accumulate, but only one is applied in any billing period; the rest carry forward to later renewals. The initial requirement is two invitees; if the offer specifies three, that threshold is fixed for the invitation. New users and meaningful actions already credited before the first Life payment remain credited. The personal window starts at the first successful Life activation, not link creation. Free periods count towards period numbering. The launch benefit has priority for payment two: if a recurring benefit already covered it, that recurring benefit returns to the queue. Unused recurring benefits survive termination and a new Life purchase by the same owner and are not copied to unlinked accounts. The refund of an already collected second payment described above is not a cash exchange of a benefit.
6. Limits and notifications
Schedule 1 forms part of this agreement. Unlimited services consume no quota; calendar and medication requests, including necessary AI processing, must not also consume the AI allowance. General listing analysis uses the AI allowance; Yad2 search has one shared allowance across categories. Life includes change subscriptions for prices, jobs and Yad2, and notifications for weather and holidays/Shabbat. Visitor Pass includes only price and weather subscriptions; Free includes none. Users enable notifications separately in Telegram or BalaganBot Web. Linking accounts does not move an alert: it is always delivered to the messenger and account where it was configured. Disabling them does not cancel the paid plan. “Do not offer again today” hides only that type of offer until the end of the day and does not disable existing notification subscriptions. After paid subscriptions launch, and whenever an eligible plan later ends, the next event delivers the normal alert one last time, followed by a separate subscription warning, and incompatible alerts are paused. If an eligible subscription is restored within 3 days of that message, compatible alerts resume automatically. If no event occurs, the alert is disabled without a message 7 days after access is lost and must then be configured again. Unlimited use is personal use; proportionate protections against automated bulk load and abuse are permitted, but hidden paid numerical quotas must not replace unlimited use. Quota days and weeks use Israel time; weeks start on Monday. AI-provider fallback and internal translations are not separate actions. After unlinking, usage stays with the original messenger account. If linked or restored alerts compete for one available slot, the latest explicit consent takes priority; other settings are retained inactive. Apartment purchase, rent and used-car purchase share one Cost valuation quota, separate from fresh search, Yad2 search and vehicle lookup. Each new successful calculation uses one action, including a useful CBS or car price-list reference result. Clarifications, invalid input and requests with no numeric result do not use the quota. Replaying a saved result within 30 minutes is free; /estimate refresh starts a new calculation.
7. Cancellation and refunds
During the first 3 months of Life, self-service cancellation inside the bot is unavailable: request cancellation through support@balaganbot.ai, the operator’s telephone or address, or another legally available method. After the initial term, the available bot controls can turn off the next renewal. Contacting support does not restrict mandatory early-withdrawal rights. Provide your name and enough information to identify the subscription; a full card number is unnecessary. Deleting an app, blocking the bot or disabling notifications is not a cancellation request. A continuing transaction ends within 3 business days of receipt, or within 6 business days of posting a registered letter, unless a later date is requested. No service charges accrue after termination. Distance-sale cancellation generally remains available for 14 days from the transaction or receipt of the required written disclosure, whichever is later; for continuing services this includes after service starts. Persons with disabilities, people aged 65 or over and new immigrants may have 4 months where statutory conditions are met, including a conversation during the transaction. A statutory distance-sale refund is made within 14 days of receiving cancellation; only legally due proportional payment for service already supplied and a permitted cancellation fee, capped at the lower of 5% of the transaction price and ₪100, may be deducted. No cancellation fee applies for defects, non-conformity, non-supply or other operator breach where the law so provides. Visitor Pass is subject to these rules according to the nature of the transaction and mandatory law; digital services are not automatically non-refundable. For platform refunds, the operator assists users in exercising their rights; platform rules do not override mandatory consumer rights.
8. Failed payments, suspension and changes
Users are notified of failed payments and how to resolve them; continued paid access depends on payment status and mandatory rights. New benefits for an unpaid future period are not guaranteed. Material term changes are notified in advance, normally at least 30 days; urgent legal or security changes may apply earlier with an explanation. Prices cannot be increased retrospectively, earned benefits withdrawn or an already-paid period worsened without a lawful basis and appropriate remedy. If the operator ends the service, the unused paid portion is refunded unless the law requires more. An uncertain charge result is reconciled with the payment provider before any further collection, without blind retries. A document issuance delay does not invalidate a confirmed payment.
9. Acceptable use and user materials
Illegal activity, infringement, fraud, malware, payment evasion and interference with the service are prohibited. Users must have the right to submit materials and retain their rights in them; the operator receives only permission needed to process them for the service. Reasonable evidence of abuse may lead to proportionate restrictions, with an explanation and support review where possible. Mandatory refund rights remain.
10. AI, sources and liability
AI answers may be wrong or outdated. Medication and prescription information is educational and does not replace a doctor or pharmacist; do not change treatment solely on a bot answer. Rights and benefits information is not individual legal advice. Prices, listings, jobs, weather and calendar information depend on sources, location and update times; verify important information with the original source. Employment, purchases, benefits and uninterrupted external platform availability are not guaranteed. The operator exercises reasonable care. Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or mandatory consumer remedies.
11. Personal data
The Privacy Policy and data deletion rules linked below describe processing of messages, files, payment identifiers and linked accounts. These terms do not substitute for consent to optional marketing. Data deletion and subscription cancellation are separate requests and may be submitted together. Records needed for tax, accounting or legitimate evidentiary purposes may be retained to the extent and for the period required.
12. Law, languages and complaints
Israeli law applies while preserving mandatory consumer rights under applicable law. Competent courts are determined by law; no exclusive venue detrimental to consumers is imposed. Russian, English, Ukrainian, French, Spanish and Hebrew versions are intended to be equivalent. Translation errors cannot remove statutory rights or rights expressly confirmed at checkout.
