Both. BalaganBot translates the text, explains abbreviations, tone, and local context, then highlights what the sender wants and what you can do next.
Yes. Describe your goal and preferred tone — polite, friendly, or firm. The bot prepares a ready Hebrew message for you to review and copy.
Many Hebrew forms depend on the speaker’s gender. BalaganBot uses your selection to draft natural replies and messages in the appropriate masculine or feminine form on your behalf — it does not assume the recipient’s gender.
In Telegram and BalaganBot Web, send a photo, screenshot, PDF, DOC, or DOCX. The bot extracts the essentials, explains unclear parts, and helps you formulate the next question.
Forward it in Telegram or BalaganBot Web. BalaganBot transcribes and explains it, helps draft a reply, and can turn the ready Hebrew phrase into audio when needed.
Send the plate number or a clear photo. The bot checks available official Ministry of Transport data, including vehicle details, last-test mileage, and open recalls, and may provide an official comparison-price reference when available.
It flags warning signs such as pressure, suspicious payment, fake delivery, a risky link, or a request for a code. It is not a safety guarantee, but it gives you a practical checklist before replying or paying.
Describe your situation in your own words. BalaganBot finds relevant Kol Zchut materials, explains possible procedures, and links to the sources without presenting an informational match as an eligibility decision.
Yes. The bot searches up-to-date Israel-focused sources, summarizes the answer, and includes links so you can verify important details.
Send /estimate and choose apartment purchase, rent or a used car. For an apartment, enter the city, an optional neighborhood and room count; you can add floor area and the asking price. For a car, enter make, model and year; the trim helps refine the reference. Use /estimate ad 2 to assess the second listing on the current Yad2 results page. Apartment purchases use registered GovMap sales; rent uses Yad2 asking prices with separate CBS city statistics; cars use the Ministry of Transport price list based on seller reports. The bot shows available sources, dates and limitations; insufficient data may mean no numeric estimate.
Send a clear barcode photo in Telegram or BalaganBot Web, or type the GTIN. The bot compares current prices from official supermarket feeds and, when it knows your location, shows nearby options.
Specify the role, city, acceptable Hebrew level, and desired hourly or monthly salary. BalaganBot filters public vacancies and returns links to the original listings.
Current search covers rentals, property sales, commercial property, Yad1 new-build projects, and supported vehicle sections. After you confirm the filters, the bot runs one search and returns up to five Yad2 links — without a background subscription or alerts.
Ask naturally, for example, “What’s the weather today?” or “And tomorrow?” On the first city-free request, Telegram and BalaganBot Web ask for your location and retain the nearest official IMS forecast point for 90 days; Messenger and Instagram ask you to type a city. A city named in the request is used once and does not replace the confirmed point.
Ask naturally or use /calendar. Holiday dates do not require a location. For local Shabbat start and end times, BalaganBot asks separately for a city or location and does not reuse another service’s location unless you explicitly choose it. A new point is saved for 90 days only after a separate confirmation. The source is the Hebcal calendar.
Yes. Send a clear photo or document, or use /medicine with a name or barcode. BalaganBot verifies the confirmed medicine name and product strength against the official Israeli Ministry of Health drug registry and links to the registry and official leaflet. Only the commercial name and product strength or a validated barcode is used for the lookup — not patient, prescriber, or pharmacy details. The bot translates visible directions but never calculates a personal dose or replaces a doctor or pharmacist.
For most tasks, write naturally and send whatever you need help with. Start a cost valuation with /estimate and the bot will explain the inputs. View the main command list with /help or /menu.
Russian, English, Ukrainian, French, and Spanish. You can send Hebrew for translation and explanation, and replies for Israeli contacts are usually drafted in Hebrew.
Never send passwords, one-time codes, full bank-card details, or other secrets. AI can make mistakes, so always verify legal, medical, financial, and government decisions with an official source.
Send /hebrew to the bot. Hebrew for everyday life is for beginners, from zero through Aleph. Tell it what you need to say and how comfortable you are reading Hebrew. The course does not cover Bet or higher levels.
The goal is to understand someone and reply in everyday situations. In a shop, for example, you practise answering the cashier about a bag or payment method, rather than starting with fruit and vegetable lists. Useful phrases, clear examples, small variations and review gradually introduce vocabulary and basic grammar.
Yes. You do not need to know every letter first. Ask for pronunciation written in a familiar alphabet and an audio version. Reading and writing develop gradually; vowel marks and transliteration provide support that can be reduced as you gain confidence.
You can type and send voice messages in Telegram, BalaganBot Web, Messenger and Instagram. Use /hebrew voice to hear the last learning phrase or /hebrew slow for a slower version. Voice is optional. Speech recognition can make mistakes; the bot does not assess pronunciation from a transcript alone.
The bot saves your learning plan and progress. Use /hebrew pause to pause, /hebrew to return, /hebrew repeat to review and /hebrew progress to see your plan. You do not need to start over each time. Use /hebrew clear to delete your learning data.
During BETA, learning text and voice are free and do not use your general AI allowance. This applies to learning mode; other services have their own terms. Terms may change after beta. The bot is still being improved and can make mistakes; your feedback helps.
Say so: for example, ‘Write how to pronounce this phrase in Latin letters’ or ‘Help me reply to the cashier.’ Translation, transliteration and text edits are practical requests that do not require a lesson. Return to learning with /hebrew whenever you want.
Yes, send a readable photo or file of learning material. The bot offers to add topics to your plan and does so after you agree. It explains rules and gives similar examples within Aleph, without doing your homework for you. An ordinary Hebrew document is not automatically a lesson.
Your conversations and files in one place. BalaganBot Web works on your computer and phone.
