How to request deletion
- Email firulik@gmail.com with the subject “BalaganBot data deletion request”.
- State which platform you used: Telegram, WhatsApp, Messenger, Instagram, or the BalaganBot website.
- Provide the minimum account information needed to locate your data, such as your platform username, platform account identifier, or the phone number used with a phone-based messaging service.
- If needed, we may ask you to verify control of that account before deleting data. Never send us your password, one-time code, or payment-card details.
What happens next
We will acknowledge the request and normally complete verified requests within 30 days. We will delete or anonymize active operational state, saved preferences, and analytics records associated with the verified account where they can reasonably be identified.
Limited information may remain temporarily in encrypted backups or where retention is required for security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or legal compliance. Information already processed by a messaging or AI provider is also subject to that provider's retention and deletion rules; where applicable, we will submit a related provider request on your behalf.
Stopping future collection
Stop messaging BalaganBot and remove or block the conversation in the relevant platform. You can also clear browser data for balaganbot.ai. These actions stop most future collection but do not replace a verified deletion request for existing service records.
