BalaganBot is an AI-assisted information and translation tool for everyday life in Israel. Features may include translation, summaries, drafted replies, document and media analysis, public-source lookup, and other informational assistance.
3. Important limitations
AI-generated content can be incomplete, outdated, or wrong. BalaganBot is not a government authority, lawyer, doctor, accountant, financial adviser, emergency service, or substitute for a qualified professional. Verify important information with the original source before acting on it.
4. Your responsibilities
You agree not to:
- use the service unlawfully, deceptively, abusively, or to harm another person;
- submit content you do not have the right to use;
- attempt to bypass security, rate limits, or platform restrictions;
- send passwords, one-time codes, full card details, malware, or unnecessary highly sensitive information;
- rely on BalaganBot for emergencies or decisions requiring licensed professional judgment.
5. Your content
You retain your rights in content you submit. You give BalaganBot permission to process that content only as needed to provide, secure, maintain, and improve the requested service, in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
6. Third-party services and sources
BalaganBot depends on messaging platforms, AI providers, hosting providers, and public or third-party websites. Their availability, content, and terms are outside our control. Links and source references are provided for convenience and do not constitute an endorsement.
7. Availability and changes
The service may change, be limited, or be temporarily unavailable. We may suspend access to protect users, comply with platform or legal requirements, or prevent abuse. We may update these terms, with the current version published on this page.
8. Disclaimer and liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, BalaganBot is provided “as is” and without guarantees of uninterrupted availability, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose. Mikhail Firulik is not liable for indirect or consequential loss resulting from use of or reliance on the service. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, without limiting any mandatory rights you may have under the law of your place of residence.
